Rules. Now don't we all hate rules? Well for a business to succeed you must unfortunately have rules. Well one thing we can say is that our rules count in both party's favor and will not do otherwise. On a fair part if we disobey the rules then we must pay the consequinces and visa-versa. Such is life I'm affraid.
